While all Nutty Steph’s Vermont Granola is naturally wheat free, trace particles of gluten are known to be present in oats, (as a result of sharing mills or trucks with wheat). Our Gluten Free line was designed specifically for those with Celiac Disease or who have an extreme sensitivity to trace particles of gluten. The ingredients are all processed and handled in certified Gluten Free facilities that pay careful attention to avoiding cross contamination, ensuring that even the most food-sensitive eaters feel safe indulging in our delicious Vermont Granola and Magic Chunks. For people choosing to eat a wheat-free diet, but who experience no allergic reactions to oats, we recommend saving a little money by purchasing our regular Vermont Granola, rather than the gluten free Vermont Granola.
